Dr. Hj. Mohd Daud bin Isa is from Kota Bharu Kelantan. Now working as Director of Politeknik Kuala Terengganu Since October 2018. He received his First Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Electrical Engineering (1986-1991). And his Master degree by research is from Universiti Sains Malaysia in electrical and electronic Engineering (1998-2000).  In 2007 until 2010 his further his PhD study in Electrical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and received his PhD in 2011. His PhD field expect is in Image Reconstruction Algorithm for Electrical Charge Tomography System especially Least Square Regularization (LSR) as well as Linear Back Projection (LBF) and Filter Back Projection (FBP) Algorithm.

His First Job was as Research Officer at Pusat Penyelidikan Perhutanan Malaysia  in Julai-Ogos 1991. After that in September 1991 his joined Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO) as a junior Lecturer.  Since that until 2018 his experienced many task in Polytechnic Malaysia system such as Examination Officer at Politeknik Kota Bharu -PKB (2003 until 2007), Head Department of Jabatan Matematik Sains dan Komputer at Politeknik Kuala Terengganu –PKT ( Oct. 2011 - Nov. 2013),  Senior Lecturer at Politeknik Ungku Omar (Dis. 2013 - Nov. 2016), Caretaker of Politeknik Besut Terengganu (Dis. 2016 – October 2017), and  Senior Lecturer at Politeknik Kota Bharu (Nov. 2017 – Sept. 2018). In addition, along with Carrier as a lecturer from 1991 untill 2018 his experts and experiences were included as Jawatankuasa Pembangunan Peralatan Baru Jabatan Kejuruteraan Elektrik Politeknik Malaysia (1991 untul 1997), Master Trainer of Outcome based Education (2011-2013), Master Trainer of Conceive, Design, Implement and Operate –CDIO (2015-2016), Field expertise in Electrical Engineering study  Politechnics Malaysia (2014-2018). Co-ordinator of Electrical and Robotic Center of Technology @PUO (2014-2016), Co-ordinator of Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif (KIK) @PUO (2014-2016), and C0-ordinator of Outcome Based Education @PKB (2017 – 2018)

Since 2009 until now he was produced many related research paper in national and international journal included in high impact journal as well as winner in best paper award and presenter in National and International conferences. Along his services until now (31 years) he had also received three times ( 2002, 2012 and 2019) of Anugerah Khidmat Cemerlang (APC). As a Director of PKT, now his focus in introduced and created sustainable TVET ecosystem at Politeknik Kuala Terengganu as well as polytechnic Malaysia through implemented idea Centre of Technology. Along with that his also focus on achievement Vision and Mission of Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik dan Kolej komuniti (JPPKK) and Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia (KPT) through strategic and KPI introduced by both every year. Science 2019 until now PKT KPI achieved all most 100% every year.

Harwati Hashim is a Associate Professor at the Centre for Teaching and Learning Innovations, Faculty of Education, National University of Malaysia (UKM), and currently the Head of Undergraduate Programme for Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL).  She holds a Bachelor in Education (TESL) from Malaya University (UM) and an M.Ed in TESL from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). She then earned her Ph.D. in Education (TESL) from UKM. She is an educational technology enthusiast and an e-learning practitioner. Specializing in Technology-enhanced Language Learning (TELL), she has published articles in journals and proceedings at the national and international levels.  She is also an active presenter at the local and international conferences as well as at innovation competitions.  To date, she has won more than 30 medals including a diamond medal from various local and international innovation competitions mainly focusing on e-learning, mobile learning, augmented reality, and the use of social media for learning.  Her areas of concentration are mobile learning, Mobile-assisted Language Learning (MALL), technology acceptance as well as language pedagogy, and the use of technology in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL).  She is also an Apple Teacher and a committee of the Mobile Learning Association Malaysia (MLAM).  Currently, she teaches current approaches to TESL, academic writing, language learning strategies, and Social Media & Learning (SMiLe).

Zadrian Ardi, Assist. Professor in Guidance and Counseling, Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), Indonesia. He received his B.E., M.Ed., Counselor (Counselor Profession Education degree- only in Indonesia) and Doctoral degree in Guidance and Counseling Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia, in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2018, respectively. His research and expertise areas are assessment in counseling, technology in counseling, internet addiction intervention, anxiety disorder intervention, and mental health counseling.
Zadrian Ardi is also the founder of applications and platforms in the psychological area. POTENSIA Apps help users follow a series of self-disclosure assessments that understand themselves and help professionals with counseling interventions. KONSELO Apps, the applications that become online counseling media, help users find and contact the right counselor according to the problem.
